Trans2K® Plus II DNA Marker由9条线状双链DNA条带组成，适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳中DNA条带的分析，不建议用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。本产品为即用型产品，已含有1×Loading Buffer，可根据实验需要，直接取5 μl电泳，使用方便，电泳图像清晰。其中750 bp条带浓度为100 ng/5 μl，显示亮带，其余条带浓度均为50 ng/5 μl。便于准确判断目的产物DNA的量。
